Agree with Bijan here.

While Suster’s post was thoughtful, it was also a bit broad-brushed. Influential bloggers should understand that this could have the effect of convincing a young, talented entrepreneur to potentially attempt to go it alone when they dont have the chops to necessarily manage people.
